Human Capital Business Partner

Role Descriptions:

  • Partner with department heads to develop and execute HR strategies that support business goals.

  • Provide guidance on HR policies, performance management, talent acquisition, and organizational development.

  • Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies.

  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

  • Drive employee engagement and development programs.

  • Manage HR compliance and employee relations issues.

  • Generate and analyze HR reports (e.g., headcount, turnover, payroll-related, etc) to provide insights that support operational decision-making and workforce planning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Min. 5 years of progressive HR experience especially in a business partner or generalist role.

  • Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.

  • Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a hands-on approach.

  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.

  • Willing to be placed at Pondok Indah.
