Requirement:

  • Bachelors degree or final year student from Psychology or related major

  • Good interpersonal skill & teamwork

  • Fast learner & detail oriented

  • Able to operate Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel)

Job Description:

  • Handle documents coming in and out of Human Capital Division

  • Supporting administrative tasks in Talent Acquisition and Compensation & Benefit

  • Assist in sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals

  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements

  • Supporting Human Capital if there are internal events
