We are looking for an experienced Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic creative team at Floothink Digital Agency. This role is ideal for someone who has worked in a digital or creative agency environment, managing multiple clients across industries such as automotive, FMCG, beauty, and lifestyle.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a digital/creative agency.

• Proven ability to manage multiple brands/accounts simultaneously.

• Strong understanding of content strategy, audience engagement, and platform trends.

• Skilled in copywriting, editorial calendar planning, and content scheduling.

• Familiar with tools such as Meta Business Suite, TikTok, Twitter/X, Threads, etc.

• Able to analyze performance data and provide strategic recommendations.

• Excellent communication skills and a good visual sense.

• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute social media strategies tailored to each clients needs.

• Collaborate with creative and design teams to develop content assets.

• Manage posting schedules, community engagement, and content moderation.

• Monitor performance metrics and create regular reports for clients.

• Maintain brand consistency across channels and platforms.
