Responsibilities:

  • Handle recruitment and employee administration

  • Manage attendance, leave, and employee records

  • Support payroll process and BPJS administration

  • Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures

  • Assist in employee relations and HR documentation

Requirements (Qualifications):

  • Minimum Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law, or related field.

  • At least 1-2 years of experience as an HR Officer or similar role.

  • Good understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR practices.

  • Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office.

  • Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and proactive.

  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • High level of integrity and able to maintain confidentiality of employee data
