Human Resources Assistant Manager

About the role

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Human Resources Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team at PT NNR RPX Global Logistics Indonesia. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the overall HR operations and initiatives within our growing organisation based in South Jakarta, Jakarta.

What youll be doing

1. Assist Manager to handle HR, ISO & Legal run smoothly.

2. Excellent in recruitment psychological test and all HR scope of works.

3. Good in giving HR, Legal and ISO internal training for internal development.

4. Taking care of Expatriate working and staying permits.

5. Accurately in calculate monthly Salary and Income tax (Pph 21) .

6. Excellent in ISO 9001: 2015 internal and external audit also ESG and Halal Logistics.

7. Prepare and process Company Regulation (PP) to Labor Department (Kemenaker).

8. Good in creating bilingual Regulation/Policy/Procedure and employees agreement.

9. Excellent in analyse the case to give good suggestion or legal opinion for the solution.

10. Good in filing (softcopy & hardcopy) of HR administration, ISO document and Expatriate permits documentation.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within a logistics industry

• Strong knowledge of HR best practise, Indonesia Labor Law, ISO 9001:2015 and ESG

• Having certificates of BNSP HR, ISO 9001:2015, BNSP Penyilah Halal is prioritized

• Proficient in using HR systems and MS Office applications (especially for excel formula)

• Good in speak and write in English and Presentation skill

• Proactive, detail-oriented and adept at multitasking

• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
