General Affair Staff
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the management team, including inventory stock updates, staff database, contract, welfare, benefit and remuneration.
Assist with the procurement of office and canteen supplies, equipment, and other resources
Support the implementation of company policies and procedures related to administrative processes
Contribute to the continuous improvement of office operations and efficiency
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or general affairs role, preferably in a restaurant or industrial environment
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
Fluency in Mandarin
