General Affair Staff

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including inventory stock updates, staff database, contract, welfare, benefit and remuneration.

  • Assist with the procurement of office and canteen supplies, equipment, and other resources

  • Support the implementation of company policies and procedures related to administrative processes

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of office operations and efficiency

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or general affairs role, preferably in a restaurant or industrial environment

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving

  • Fluency in Mandarin
