HR Employee Services & Relations Manager
Job Descriptions :
Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of HR operational processes, policies, and procedures.
Manage employment documentation, HR administration, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
Manage the daily operations and optimization of HRIS systems.
Utilize data analytics for workforce reporting, turnover analysis, and operational decision-making.
Oversee and manage employee relations cases, including disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
Represent the company in interactions with government agencies (e.g., Disnaker) related to employment matters.
Support compliance with health & safety regulations in coordination with internal and external parties (K3 Regulations).
Requirements :
Bachelors Degree in Law, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related field.
Minimum 4-7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a focus on: Employee & Industrial Relations, HR Operations & Administration, HRIS implementation and utilization, K3 coordination, Engagement with labor institutions and government officers
Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
Excellent negotiation, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
Proven ability to operate and manage HRIS platforms.
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
