Social Media & Creative Content Specialist📍 PT. Tri Sukses Wanatama (Rimau Group)

About Us:We are a marine logistics company (tugboats & barges) transporting key commodities like coal, sand, crushed stone, iron ore, and nickel across Indonesia.

What Youll Do:

🎥 Create Engaging Content!

  • Brainstorm & produce creative content for Shipping Company (images, videos, captions) by TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.

  • Manage the end-to-end process: design, editing, and uploading

  • Run both organic and paid social media campaigns (FB/IG/TikTok Ads)

👥 Build Connections!

  • Actively engage and interact with followers

  • Participate in company events & employee engagement activities (be ready to appear as talent too!)

  • Coordinate with all division to gather any updated information for branding purposes

📊 Analyze & Improve!

  • Track social media performance & insights

  • Suggest new strategies based on current trends

What Were Looking For:

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communication, Design, or related fields

  • 1-3 years of experience managing brand/company social media

  • Proficient with Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator (basic design skills)

  • Basic video editing skills (Capcut, Reels, TikTok, etc.)

  • Familiar with paid ads management (FB/IG/TikTok Ads) & analytics

  • Up to date with social media trends

  • Creative, communicative, and a strong team player!
