General Manager

Are you a driven and strategic leader with a passion for building brands, driving sales, and optimizing operations? Were looking for a General Manager who can take charge of our growth journey — spearheading sales and marketing while also overseeing daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth across all channels (retail, online, distributors, etc.).

• Lead impactful digital and offline marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and customer loyalty.

• Manage and grow the sales & marketing team to achieve monthly and annual targets.

• Oversee day-to-day operations, including logistics, supply chain, inventory, and SOP development.

• Cultivate relationships with key business partners, distributors, and vendors.

• Analyze business performance and market trends to support data-driven decision-making.

• Hire, train, and mentor cross-functional team members to align with the companys goals and values

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in sales, marketing, or retail operations.

• Proven track record of boosting sales and building a strong brand presence.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on leadership style.

• Experience in the health/beauty/nutrition or lifestyle industry is a strong plus.

• Results-driven, proactive, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and performance analytics.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
