1. Internship - Human Capital (HC)

Job Description:

• Manage administrative tasks related to Human Capital activities.

• Support training and employee development programs.

• Design training materials, including e-learning content.

Requirements:

• Active university student majoring in Psychology, Management, Education, or related fields.

• Creative in designing training materials (including e-learning).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willing to commit to a minimum 3-month internship.

1. Internship - Accounting

Job Description:

• Assist with journal entries and financial transaction recording.

• Support improvement and refinement of accounting journals.

Requirements:

• Active university student majoring in Accounting or related fields.

• Understanding of basic accounting principles and journal entries.

• Detail-oriented, analytical, and thorough.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willing to commit to a minimum 3-month internship.

1. Internship - Treaty Technical (Reinsurance Broker)

Job Description:

• Assist in the analysis and preparation of reinsurance treaty documents.

• Support the team with recording and administration of reinsurance transactions.

• Contribute to data analysis related to risks and reinsurance premium calculations.

Requirements:

• Active university student majoring in General Insurance, Property Insurance (preferred), or Risk Management.

• Basic understanding of reinsurance and the insurance industry, especially general insurance.

• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work with data.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willing to commit to a minimum 3-month internship.
