Institutional Sales (Reksa Dana)
Job Responsibilities:
Acquiring, maintaining, growing, and deepening relationships with existing and prospective potential customers.
Identify the investment products that match with the needs and objectives of potential customers.
Actively involved in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
Manage and cultivate relationships with both new and existing institutional clients, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Job Requirement:
Having a WMI/WPPE/WPPE-P/WAPERD license is a must.
Minimum Bachelors (S1) Degree in any field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, client relationship management in the investment or equity brokerage, and asset management/APERD selling mutual funds.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers.
