Weve been experiencing hyper-growth the past year, becoming Indonesias 7th Unicorn Startup and the first Investment Fintech Unicorn in South East Asia 2,5 years after Ajaib first launched. With the global financial technology market expected to grow gradually, we aim to make stock trading accessible for millennials through our mobile-first approach. We are currently looking for talented and driven individuals to join our Internal Audit team, ranging from Staff to Manager level . This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that plays a key role in strengthening the organizations internal controls.

Job Description

• Develop and execute internal audit plans in line with business priorities and industry standards.
• Conduct audit engagements across various functions, including planning, fieldwork, analysis, and reporting.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management processes, and compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
• Identify areas of improvement and provide actionable recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and minimize risk.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to follow up on audit findings and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor and stay up to date with regulatory changes, industry trends, and best practices in internal auditing.

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experienced in internal audit, risk management, or compliance.
• Strong knowledge of internal audit methodologies, risk assessment, and control frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience in stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple audit projects in a dynamic environment.
