IT Inventory

We are looking for a tech-savvy and proactive IT Support to join our team and help ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure. If you enjoy solving problems, supporting users, and working in a fast paced environment, wed love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and networking issues.

Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems, printers, and other devices.

Monitor and support daily IT operations, including backups, email systems, and connectivity.

Assist in server setup and maintenance.

Support the implementation and maintenance of MIS and ERP systems.

Collaborate with different departments to identify and solve IT-related issues efficiently.

Document technical procedures and maintain IT inventory records.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Support or a similar technical role.

Bachelors Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Intermediate level of English (written and verbal).

Solid understanding of Windows operating systems and server installation.

Familiar with networking concepts (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN) and networking devices (routers, switches, firewalls).

Skilled in troubleshooting hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, scanners).

Experience with MIS/ERP system implementation is a plus.

Fast learner, detail-oriented, and a good team player.
