IT Network Engineer

Job Summary:·Supports and managed corporate network, analyzes, resolves and reports on network issues.· Manage and control IT Infra Network for security risk.· Must be able to weigh business agains the need for security risk, improvement and articulates issues to management.· Support related general IT Infra work task.

Key Responsibilities:

· Monitor/Resolve LAN/WAN/Wireless performance, health and security issues.

· Install, maintain, and configure Cisco routers/switches, firewall, VPN, VLANs.

· Install, maintain, and configure Cisco Wireless LAN Controller and access points.

· Install, maintain, and configure Cisco Call Manager.

· Responsible for managing day to day operations and administration.

· Perform daily, weekly, monthly report of Infra Network performance & Security status.

Education

Bachelor degree in Information Technology or Computer Science preferred

Work Experience

3-5 years of enterprise-level-network experience

Job Requirements

· Hands-on and deep knowledge about Cisco Switch and Router

· Hands-on and deep knowledge about Cisco Wireless solution WLC and AP

· Hands-on and deep knowledge Cisco Acess Control Server (ACS) - ISE

· Hands-on and deep knowledge Network High Availability (HA)

· Experience with Hands-on and deep knowledge firewall (Palo Alto, Cisco ASA/FDM/FMC, Fortigate)

· Experience to manage SASE (Zscaler, Palo Alto Global Protect, etc)

· Familiar with the scope of Network Monitoring (WhatsApp Gold, Cacti, Syslog, SNMP, MRTG, Zabbix, Graylog, etc.)

· Experience with controlling and manage hundreds of switch devices.
