About the Role:We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment and drive our employer branding initiatives. You will be responsible for sourcing top talent, enhancing candidate experience, and building a strong employer presence through creative campaigns and cross-functional collaboration. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about people and brand.

Job Requirements:

  • At least a bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.

  • Willing to be placed in Cikarang Pusat (KITIC Area), WFO 100%, and can join ASAP.

  • Have an intermediate level of English to be able to communicate well.

  • Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or employer branding (Brand or E-commerce).

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Familiarity with employer branding strategies, social media recruitment, and digital marketing.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to build strong relationships with candidates, employees, and stakeholders.

  • Creativity in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring needs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

  • Enhance employer branding through creative campaigns, social media, and company events.

  • Collaborate with other departments to strengthen the companys employer brand.

  • Manage job postings on various platforms and ensure job descriptions are well-crafted.

  • Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and provide hiring recommendations.

  • Analyze hiring metrics to optimize recruitment strategies.

  • Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
