IT Support will report to IT Support SupervisorIT Support will responsible to provide technical support to end users by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the company’s IT infrastructure.Job Responsibilities:Provide effective and appropriate technical assistance to computer system usersProvide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systemsEnsure the excellence of service for stakeholdersJob Requirements:Minimum Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information systems, or similar fieldsExperience in IT Support (help-desk)Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skillsIn-depth knowledge of hardware and software operationAvailable for flexible hours and weekend workDue to the high volume of applications, only those selected for further consideration will be contacted.
