About The Company:

• The working venue is Central Jakarta.

• Our client is a Trading company. Currently, they are looking for Japanese Speaker Sales Senior Staff/ Supervisor.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintaining good relationships with current partners, also developing new relationships with potential partners (principals, distributors, retailers, and other marketing partners).

• Work closely with the Director and Manager for negotiations with related partners.

• Supervise, mentor, and motivate subordinates.

• Conduct Market research to identify trends, competitors, and new product opportunities in each countrys market.

• Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide necessary reports to management.

• Required to work in different areas of marketing (e.g., research (competitor study, market analysis), content (social media, etc), design (gondola/wall dress up, event booth, etc).

• Highly passionate about beauty, familiarity with the latest beauty and marketing trends will be an advantage.

• Other related tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Have a bachelors degree.

• Business level Japanese ( N2 level ) and Business level English.

• 3 years of experience in B2B sales and working experience with subordinates.

• Basic Computer skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Willing to do a Business trip (domestic/International).

• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage personal workload, oversee team schedules, and coordinate each clients project timelines for various projects.

• Strong personality, positive attitude, and ability to work efficiently under pressure and tight deadlines.
