Japanese Speaker Staff (Cibitung Area)

· Receive order information from clients for SSW (Tokutei Ginou) or Intership in Japan

· Bridging communication between clients/3rd party and recruiter to support clients recruitment process

· Handle correspondence with clients and other related party

· Coordinate with recruiters regarding recruitment process

· Translate document (CV, etc.) from Japanese to Bahasa and vice versa

· Interpret conversation/meeting/interview from Japanese to Bahasa and vice versa

· Support administration (CV, candidate medical record, etc.)

Requirements :

o Possess minimum Bachelors Degree (S1), preferably from Japanese Language major

o Experienced as Japanese Speaker Staff at least for 1 year, preferably from LPK/Japanese company (Fresh Graduate will be considered)

o Proficient in Japanese (minimum JLPT N2) both oral and written

o Ability to manage, organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure

o Willing to work in Cibitung Area (Japanese Consulting Company)
