About The Company:

• The working venue is in East Cikarang.

• Our client is a Manufacture Company. Currently, they are looking for Japanese Speaker Translator and HRGA Staff.

Job Responsibilities:

• Translate documents from Japanese to Indonesia or Indonesia to Japanese.

• Daily check absence and employees annual leaves employees from the system and actually.

• Prepare cash advance for purchase online and cash from Purchase request from others department.

• Checking stock of stationary , uniform , and pantry goods.

• Preparing documents for employees contracts to report at Bekasi of the labor department every employee contract is finished.

• Handle guest Japanese needs and book a restaurant or hotel if needed.

• Communication with Head office PPIC for document visa or others in Japan.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum D3 graduate with relevant business qualification.

• Having min. 1-2 years work experiences as a Translator or Fresh graduate with N1 JLPT Certificate / Study in Japan.

• Good command of Japanese min. N-2 level is a must, English skill will be advantageous.

• Strong communication skill, both verbal and written.

• Familiar with computers (Microsoft Office).
