Requirements:Essential:- Minimum 3 years as a Programmer.- At least 2 completed system development projects.- Strong skills in Java coding- Strong skills in RDBMS (MySQL, MS SQL/Stored Procedure, Oracle/PL SQL).- Bachelors degree in IT-related fields.- Proficiency in English for business communication.

Desirable:- Operating and maintaining systems/software for Japanese manufacturing companies.- Experience with Spring Boot framework- Knowledge of complex SQL design and requirement definitions.- Basic Japanese communication is a plus!

Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain web applications using Java.- Design and implement RDBMS solutions using SQL (MySQL, MS SQL, Oracle/PL SQL).- Participate in system development projects, including creating detailed designs.- Create test cases and conduct testing.- Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality software solutions.
