Junior Logistic Staff

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Manage and monitor delivery schedules and shipment tracking.

- Prepare and verify delivery documentation

- Ensure that the product is delivered to the customer in a timely manner.

- Maintain accurate records of delivery activities in the system.

- Coordinate with warehouse, deliveryman, and others teams to ensure timely deliveries.

QUALIFICATION

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelors degree in Logistic, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field

• 1-2 years of experience in logistic and delivery administration, preferably within the automotive industry

• Good communication, scheduling and coordination skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel), experienced using logistic software is a plus (AX System)
