Junior Talent Acquisition

• Execute end-to-end recruitment processes for entry to staff-level roles.- Source candidates using multiple platforms (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.).- Conduct CV screening and initial interviews.- Coordinate with hiring managers regarding job needs and qualifications.- Manage candidate database and track recruitment progress.- Support employer branding initiatives such as job fairs, campus hiring, and social media efforts.- Assist in regular reporting and recruitment documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.- 1–2 years of recruitment experience.- Preferably has experience working in a headhunting or recruitment agency.- Knowledgeable in basic selection processes, including screening and assessments.- Strong communication and detail orientation; target-driven.- Proficient with recruitment platforms and Microsoft Office.- Team player and adaptable in a dynamic environment.- Fluency in English or Mandarin is a strong advantage.
