Increased Security Element in PSM

Job Description :

• Implementing a security system in accordance with the applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Increased security element in PSM.
• Minimize the amount of loss in the estate.
• Helps identify security and theft problems.
• Make decisions and provide quick and precise response to any problems that require input and implement good coordination of work for the achievement of customer satisfaction (internal and external).
• Within the scope of its staff to increase and be responsible for the profitability of the company
• Plan, develop and empower existing human resources and anticipate the needs of human resources (new blood, if required) in the ranks on an ongoing basis.

Job Requirement :

• Maximum age 60 years
• Ex-TNI/POLRI with the last rank of First Sergeant (Sergeant) are welcome to apply
• Have excellent physical and mental condition
• Discipline
• Able to plan and implement security strategies in plantation areas
• Ready to be placed in all Sinarmas plantation operational areas (Sumatra/Kalimantan)
