Key Account Manager
In this position you will....
Grow bolttech business in Indonesia well-known mobile telecommunication device importer, distributor and retailer by developing and implementing key account framework consistent with the key accounts mission. Mapping the clients organization and managing the relationship in Value Added Services, Channel Management, Research and Marketing teams whilst maintaining strong governance.
You will be responsible for…
- Achieving bolttech financial targets agreed in the client sales channels
- Establish strong relationships and cadence with key contacts in the clients organization, and maintain strong governance up to Lead/ Supervisor level
- Identify and gain opportunities for growth within the existing sales channels
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions to meet their objective
- Acquire a thorough understanding of client needs and requirements and ensure the expectations are managed
- Go To Market plan and implementation for every bolttech new initiatives related to sales/product in digital devices.
- Ensure the correct products, propositions and service are delivered to customers in timely manner
- Serve as the link of communication between customers and internal teams
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customer and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Complete external account governance: Clients product weekly meeting, Monthly business review meeting
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecast to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
- Keep up to date market trends and plan for seasonal consumer promos for the year

You will require the following qualifications and skills
- Minimum Bachelors Degree in any discipline from reputable university
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience with account management or business development role for large / complex key accounts with multiple stakeholders
- Have vast experience and deep knowledge in electronic devices market (mobile phones and consumer electronics). With experience in online or offline to online market will be an advantage. Background in general insurance industry will also be an advantage
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills in understanding the customer needs, root cause of problems and explaining ideas to effectively negotiate and manage customer expectations
- Have good analytical skills to identify and evaluate customer needs, market trends, and opportunities for growth
- Knowledge of the companys products, services, and industry, as well as an understanding of the customers business and market
- Good sense of P&L / Pricing / clients commercial needs and data driven oriented
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product & pricing, data center, tech, and customer service, to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Excellence in English verbal and writing
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with key clients or events
