Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Sales Plan
Develop and execute chain pharmacy key account strategies to drive sales growth and expand market share in chain pharmacy accounts.
Build and nurture strong relationships with buyer, senior buyer and decision makers in chain pharmacy accounts.
Negotiation for contracts / trading terms, pricing agreements, promotion, activation, service level agreement, and in store excellent execution.
Ensure alignment of chain pharmacy accounts plans with overall company goals and priorities.
Monitor sales performance, trends analysist, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate internal resources to support chain pharmacy account activities, resolve issues, and optimize customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the National Key Account Manager to develop strategic initiatives and align sales priorities.
Market Analysis & Reporting
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify risks and opportunities.
Provide regular updates on chain pharmacy accounts performance, forecasts, and plan recommendations to National Key Account Manager.
Resolve escalated issues efficiently to maintain long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
Continuously explore opportunities to deepen account engagement and drive mutual growth.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in any discipline, Masters degree is a plus.
Minimum 5 years of experience in managing both National and Local Chain Pharmacy Account Management & Key Account Management, experience in managing Pharma / OTC products is a must.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to analyse data and develop actionable plans.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken and written).
Results-oriented with a strong drive for achieving targets.
Proactive, collaborative, and solution focused.
Analytical thinking and detail capabilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
