KOL & Affiliate Specialist (E-commerce)

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • 1-2 years of experience in affiliate marketing or digital performance marketing.

  • Willing to be placed in Cikarang Pusat (KITIC Area), WFO 100%, and can join ASAP.

  • Have an intermediate level of English to be able to communicate well.

  • Familiarity with affiliate networks and platforms (e.g., Involve Asia, Impact, Refersion).

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple affiliate accounts simultaneously.

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and manage relationships with affiliate partners.

  • Execute and optimize affiliate campaigns to drive sales.

  • Monitor affiliate performance (traffic, conversions, ROI).

  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, content, design) for campaign needs.

  • Analyze data and regularly evaluate affiliate strategies.
