Job Title: Asset and Logistic AdminReports to: Asset and Logisitic ManagerLocation: Indonesia, Jakarta

Job Summary:

The Asset and Logistic Admin is responsible for maintaining accurate asset and inventory records, supporting logistics operations, and ensuring administrative tasks are completed efficiently. This role works closely with the Data Center Operations and Engineering teams to maintain asset accuracy, coordinate asset movements, and support reporting and audit requirements. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for asset and inventory management, ensuring data accuracy and physical asset tracking.

2. Perform daily asset operations, including inbound receiving, asset tagging, transfers, and stock distribution.

3. Support internal and external audit processes, ensuring compliance and data consistency.

4. Collaborate with Data Center Operations and Engineering teams to implement asset changes, report incidents, and analyze discrepancies between physical and system asset records.

5. Handle daily administrative tasks related to logistics and asset tracking.

6. Maintain detailed documentation for asset movement, storage, and disposal.

7. Monitor utility and supply stock levels and support logistics for procurement and delivery.

8. Ensure timely and accurate updates in asset management systems.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in a technical or business-related field.

2. Preferably has experience in Data Center environments.

3. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.

4. Strong ability to manage and execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

5. Good analytical skills, with the ability to work with and query data sources.

6. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with asset management or logistics systems is a plus.

7. Excellent communication and coordination skills.

8. High attention to detail, responsibility, and integrity.

9. Handle ad-hoc tasks and admin support as assigned.

10. Will be placed at Cikarang.
