Marketing Executive

Job Requirements:

• Male / Female

• Maximum age 35 years old

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Economic, Business Management or a related field

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a marketing role related to logistics, fleet management, warehouse or cargo operations

• Proficiency in English

• Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Strong analytical and research skills to assess market trends and customer needs

• Proactive and possess a positive attitude

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with customers

• Able to work in a team and independently

• Able to work under pressure

• Willing to be placed in Cikarang

Job Descriptions:

• Understanding of the warehouse, trucking and shipping industry business, including regulations, market dynamics, and customer needs.

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative strategic idea to address challenges.

• Coordinate with the operation team to ensure to deliver a good quality service.

• Conduct regular customer visits to build relationships, understand customer needs, gather feedback, and ensure marketing strategies align with client expectations.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

• Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements related to marketing in the logistics, warehouse, trucking or shipping sector.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for trucking services and logistics solutions.

• Prepare daily marketing reports and documentation related to logistics and administration.

• Control and assess marketing documents related to marketing activities.

• Ensure all customer requirements are met through effective marketing initiatives.

• Update and maintain marketing databases related to the business.

• Collaborate with other departments (e.g. operation team, accounting, customer service) to ensure cohesive messaging and service delivery.

• Update reports necessary for KPIs, and milestones required by customers to ensure alignment with marketing objectives and customer expectations.

• Communicate with clients and prospects to gather feedback and address inquiries.

• Ensure to maintain customer support and grow the market further.
