Key Responsibilities :
Responsible for ensuring products quality and safety are in compliance with Lemonilo Standard.
Responsible to do sampling, incoming check and product releasing.
Responsible to monitor quality of Lemonilo products.
Responsible to handling non-conformity.
Continuous improvement on quality and safety.
Qualifications :
Education : SMK/D3/S1 Food Technology, Biology, Chemistry.
Minimum 1 year experience as quality control in food manufacturing industry.
Technical skills : understand principle of food safety and food quality, sampling, panel testing, HACCP, FSSC/ISO 22000 or others food safety standard, good at data analysis.
Soft skills : initiative, attention to detail, good communication, observative, integrity, problem solver, able to work individually or as a team.
