Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in SME lending products.

  • Understanding of FMCG sales distribution, SME/Micro lending products, and tech-savviness (emailing, spreadsheet management, touch-typing expertise, digital presentations, virtual conferences, and social media).

  • Demonstrated FMCG supplier relationships (preferably with at least one supplier onboarded before being hired).

  • Placement: Bekasi

Job Responsibilities :

  • Manage repeat & renewal financing disbursement for suppliers

  • Build strong supplier relationships and grow the supplier portfolio

  • Acquire and support suppliers via the AwanToko app

  • Conduct regular field visits and report activities via company tools

  • Promote AwanTunais tech and financing products to suppliers

  • Educate suppliers on product benefits, promotions, and usage

  • Support document preparation and ensure proper disbursement

  • Ensure zero audit/fraud findings

  • Convert suppliers into high-performing “Pareto” suppliers
