Supervisor Quality Assurance

PT. Sistem Polifilm Hijau (SPH) established in Cikarang, West Java, Indonesia, specializing in manufacturing of custom linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) film is a trusted partner for various industries, offering high-quality blown film solutions tailored to meet diverse packaging needs.

We are seeking a proactive Supervisor Quality Assurance to lead and reinforce a culture of disciplined compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP/IK) and 5R principles (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain). The ideal candidate will drive adherence to quality standards, support certification efforts, and foster continuous improvement across all operations

• Build and nurture a culture of quality by ensuring team members consistently follow SOP, IK, and implement 5R principles

• Develop, review, and update SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) and IK (Instruksi Kerja) to align with operational needs and quality standards

• Supervise and monitor daily QA activities, inspections, and testing to maintain product compliance

• Coordinate and support the implementation of quality improvement initiatives to enhance process consistency and efficiency

• Provide training and guidance to strengthen the teams understanding and commitment to quality systems

• Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in the manufacturing industry

• Proven experience in maintaining and supporting certifications such as ISO, FSSC, and Halal; SEDEX experience is an advantage

• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and documentation practices

• Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills
