- Merekrut kandidat untuk menjadi kurir & sorter ekspedisi
- Membantu mengkoordinir kebutuhan kurir di area penempatan
- Mempromosikan posisi kurir & sorter kepada kandidat secara langsung
- Investigasi permasalahan di lapangan
- Memonitoring kegiatan operasional di lapangan (deployment, absensi, handle case di lapangan)
- Siap bekerja shift
