Qualifications :

  • Bachelors/Diploma Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

  • Minimun 3 years of experience in a production leadership role, preferably in printing industry.

  • Strong understanding of finishing processes, including sorting, inspection, and packing.

  • Familiar with ERP systems or production management systems.

  • Detail-oriented, fast-paced, and communicative.

  • Strong leadership and coordination skills.

  • Willing to work in 3-shift system.

  • Willing to be placed in Cikarang.

Job Descriptions :

  • Lead and supervise finishing operations, ensuring smooth operations from sorting, quality checking, to final packing.

  • Manage daily workforce planning, assign tasks, and ensure optimal utilization of manpower based on production priorities.

  • Coordinate with PPIC to align schedules with delivery targets.

  • Identify production process issue and implement corrective actions to maintain smooth workflow.

  • Ensure compliance with quality standards during the finishing process.

  • Ensure consistent application of safety measures, discipline procedures, and company regulations.
