Responsibilities:

A. Establishment of Local Procurement Strategy and Process Improvement

  • Establishment of purchasing strategies and process improvement by understanding local market conditions.

  • Establishment of category-specific operational strategies and profit enhancement activities through negotiation.

  • Local subsidiary management through data management and analysis tasks.

B. Project Leadership and Team Management

  • Communication with customers and related departments.

  • Employee development and training.

  • Establishment of team operational strategies and strengthening of relationship management.

  • Organizational management and profit enhancement through leadership.

Qualifications:

1) Education : Bachelors degree is a must2) Experience: More than 7 year of purchasing work experience (with a proper understanding of purchasing work)3) Must be able to communicate in English (both speaking and writing ability), can speak Korean will be a plus point4) MS Office skills intermediate or higher5) Ability to communicate smoothly with related departments and external stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

1) Experienced in Supply Chain Management2) A person with a service mind and communication skills specially in Bahasa Indonesia and English3) Working experience at overseas or global companies4) Willing to placed in Cikarang, West Java area
