Leader Merchandiser

Jobdesk :

• Actively communicate with international clients, especially those from the United States.

• Provide responsive and professional customer service in English.

• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timelines are met.

• Handle export documents and coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and other relevant third parties.

• Have experience managing U.S. or international brands, with a strong understanding of their standards and expectations.

• Maintain and enhance client trust and satisfaction in brand handling.

• Understand end-to-end manufacturing processes to facilitate technical discussions with factories and clients.

• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on order status, sales pipeline, and potential delay risks.

• Support business development activities, particularly in export markets.

• Prepare quotations, follow up on samples, and negotiate pricing under the guidance of the Sales Manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelors degree, preferably in Business, Export-Import, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in marketing, export, handling U.S. brands, or a similar role.

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

• Strong understanding of end-to-end manufacturing processes.

• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under deadlines.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Placement in Cikupa, Tangerang.
