Legal Manager (Commercial Property Owner)

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal agreements, including but not limited to lease agreements and property management contracts.

• Provide expert legal counsel on matters related to property management and overall business operations.

• Ensure compliance with applicable local laws, regulations, and internal company policies.

• Support the resolution of legal disputes and liaise with external legal counsel as needed.

• Manage and maintain company permits and licenses, and implement a systematic control process for legal and corporate documents.

• Bachelors degree (S1) in Law from a reputable university.

• Minimum of 8 years experience in the legal field, preferably with prior experience in the property industry.

• Proven experience in contract drafting, legal review, and negotiation, particularly in commercial real estate.

• Strong ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

• Excellent command of both English and Bahasa Indonesia, written and spoken.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

• A strategic thinker with strong commercial and legal acumen.

• Confident in advising senior management and presenting legal risks and solutions clearly.
