Job Requirements :

  • Bachelors degree in Law (S.H.); Masters degree or professional certifications are a plus.

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in F&B, retail, or startup environment.

  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian business, labor, and commercial law.

  • Excellent contract drafting and legal research skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Job Description :

  • Draft, review, and revise contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to our business operations (e.g. vendor agreements, partnerships, etc).

  • Provide legal advice and support to various departments including HR, growth, Brand, operations, and finance.

  • Ensure company compliance with local laws and regulations (especially related to food safety, consumer protection, employment law, etc.).

  • Liaise with external legal counsel and relevant government institutions when needed.

  • Monitor and interpret new regulations that may affect the company.

  • Help manage company licenses, permits, and other legal documentation.
