Management Trainee Administration Department Head (MT ADH)

1. Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years experience in Accounting, Finance, or Audit.
2. Minimum Bachelors degree in Accounting.
3. Minimum GPA of 3.25.
4. Have good analytical thinking, interpersonal & leadership skills, able to work in a team, and work under tight schedules.
5. Have a good knowledge about budget planning and financial reporting.
6. Willing to be located throughout Indonesia.

1. Review and analyze potential risk, and provide insight to inform strategic decision-making.
2. Analyze financial data and prepare comprehensive financial reports for management and other stakeholders.
3. Support day-to-day operation of the finance administration.
4. Building relationships with the government, banks, companies, leasing institutions, and the community.
5. Monitoring accounting and management processes.
