Interior Consultant for Custom Design

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree from Interior Design and Architecture (Freshgraduate are welcome to apply)
• Proficiency Adobe adobe photoshop, 3ds Max, Vray, Skecth up, Lumion, and Auto CAD
• Good command of spoken English (Mandarin preferred)
• Good negotiation & presentation skill with positive attitude
• Have a good manner, excellent communication, and Interpersonal skills
• Willing to work with shift hours, Include working on public holidays
• Will be place at IDD PIK2
• Have a portfolio attach with your CV

Key Responsibilities :

• Undertake design project from concept to completion
• Determine the clients goals and requirements of the project
• Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans
• Negotiate fees and set schedules for the project
• Place orders for materials and oversee installing the design elements
• Work closely with designers, decorators, architects and constructors
