Senior Accounting and Tax Specialist (Mandarin)

🔍 What You Will Do : As a Accounting and Tax Specialist with 1-2 years of experience, you will be responsible for supporting daily financial operations and ensuring accurate financial reporting. Your key duties will include:- Handling daily accounting tasks, including AP/AR, expense reimbursement, and cash journal entries- Coordinating with the cashier and reconciling bank and cash recordsPerforming simple account reconciliations and assisting in month-end closing- Managing PPN invoice issuance (Faktur Pajak) and supplier invoice verification- Preparing basic tax documentation (e.g., monthly VAT, PPh21/23) for reviewSupporting reconciliation with customers/vendors and preparing draft financial reports- Assisting with audit documentation and internal reporting needs- Monitoring departmental budgets and supporting cost analysis- Supporting the month-end/year-end closing process, including fixed asset tracking

✅ What Were Looking For :- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field- 1-2 years of relevant experience in a finance/accounting role- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and Indonesian tax regulations- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP) and Microsoft Excel- Highly organized with great attention to detail and the ability to multitask- Excellent communication and teamwork skills- Proficiency in Mandarin is a must (spoken and written)- Brevet A & B certification is a plus- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced working environment
