Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and drive significant company growth. This role focuses on the development and execution of smart social media strategies and other organic growth tactics (such as SEO and content marketing).

As a manager, you will not only design strategies but also mentor, inspire, and develop your team to achieve ambitious targets. This position is 100% remote and requires a high level of discipline and independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead, guide, and develop the marketing team to achieve optimal performance. Set KPIs, provide constructive feedback, and ensure the professional growth of each team member.
• Organic Growth Strategy: Design, implement, and optimize comprehensive organic marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, traffic, and leads.
• Social Media Management: Manage all company social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, etc.). Develop engaging, innovative, and relevant content calendars tailored to the target audience.
• Analysis & Reporting: Analyze data and metrics from all organic channels to measure campaign success (e.g., engagement rate, reach, conversions). Prepare regular performance reports for management.
• SEO & Content: Oversee SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical) and collaborate with the content team to ensure all produced content (blog articles, case studies, videos, etc.) is optimized for search engines and audiences.
• Community Management: Build and maintain an active and engaged online community around the Purple Box AI brand.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on social media and organic growth.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a marketing team.
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written) for internal and external communication.
• Deep understanding of major social media platforms, current trends, and their respective algorithms.
• Proficiency in using social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics) for data-driven decision-making.
• Strong knowledge of SEO principles, content marketing, and email marketing.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly disciplined, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote work environment.
