About The Company:

  • The working venue is in Jakarta/Surabaya.

  • Our client is a Leasing (B2B Fleet) company. Currently, they are looking for Marketing Regional Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the regional marketing team in achieving sales targets, with a focus on the East area (Surabaya, Semarang, Bandung, Medan, Makassar, Bali.)

  • Mentor and develop team members to ensure alignment with company standards.

  • Monitor and manage account receivables across the region.

  • Collaborate with the collections team to minimize bad debt levels.

  • Develop and propose strategic marketing initiatives to increase market penetration in the assigned region.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Finance, Economics, Management, or related field.

  • Business-level English.

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Regional Marketing Manager (Department Head level) in Multifinance, focused on Fleet services.

  • Strong ability to analyze financial statements.

  • Willing to travel frequently to regional areas.

  • Placement in Jakarta or Surabaya.
