Graphic Designer Cum Photographer (Sport Retail)

Responsibilities: 

• To formulate space planning, concept development and interior design conceptualization upon site visit

• To generate 3D digitalized perspective drawings and all construction detail drawings liaising spec details with client and/or contractors

• To prepare presentation on design intent research, color scheme, furnishing, fixtures, lighting, and material proposal

• To prepare for Construction Specification / Design Documentations / Material Selection

• To communicate and liaise with contractors 

• Project manages

Requirements:

• Possess minimum Diploma / Degree in related discipline

• Preferably minimum 5 years working experience in Interior Design for Event space, retail stores (preferably with sports-related experiences)

• Competent in AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, Sketch-up, V-ray, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office

• Able to independently design and prepare full sets of drawings from design intent to construction detailing

• Possess a good knowledge of construction materials and various technical and building codes

• Able to travel for overseas projects

• Able to multi-task and meet project schedule

• Excellent research, organizational, and time management skills.

• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively.

• Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy.

• Fluent in spoken English, with strong listening, reading, and writing skills; proficiency in multiple languages is a plus (Mandarin).
