  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaign execution
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Proficiency in using marketing software and tools, such as CRM platforms, social media management tools, and content creation tools
  • Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing solutions
  • Excellent time management and project management skills
