Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility.
Achieve monthly sales targets for each marketplace and brand, and supervise the team to achieve these targets.
Oversee the daily operations of the companys website and online platforms to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.
Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to inform business strategies and compile performance reports.
Coordinate digital marketing campaigns to increase visibility and drive sales
Work closely with inventory and logistics teams to ensure stock levels are maintained and orders are fulfilled efficiently.
Enhance the online shopping experience by optimizing the checkout process and providing excellent customer support.
Ensure secure online transactions and payment processing systems, staying up-to-date with online security best practices and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with the marketing team to run campaigns that increase sales and customer engagement
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce Management, or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing.
Experience in managing marketing campaigns and e-commerce (Tiktok) strategies on online platforms.
Ability to lead and manage a team, providing direction and guidance.
Knowledge of industry trends and competitors in the e-commerce market (Tiktok).
Ability to analyze sales data and customer behavior to inform business decisions.
Focus on achieving results and the ability to work under pressure.
