National Sales Assistant Manager
As National Sales Assistant Manager, youll be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales to achieve sales targets and drive growth. Your main duties will include ensuring your team meet their target, helping the team to close the deals, developing sales strategies, tracking, and analyzing sales performance metrics.
Job Description.
Develop sales strategies to acquire new customers
Proceed companys action plan provided with team
Maintain communication between local and Japanese sales team member
Gain understanding of the customers supply chain strategy and needs
Understand of our position vs. the competitors position.
Develop strong network with key customers stakeholders
Develop Company value propositions with the customers
Deliver world-class account management, proactive business development, and ability to deliver exceptional value and strengthen client relationships.
Requirement(s)
More than 10 years of experience of sales in International Supply Chain Company.
Experience of manager or assistant manager for management for sales department
Experienced with Japanese culture.
A Sales professional with a proven track record of targeting, pursuing and winning large scale opportunities.
Recruit your own sales team, set objectives, train and coach them, and monitor their performance
Highly developed consultative selling approach, persuasiveness and influencing skills
Possesses self-starter qualities, high Integrity, communicative and strong leadership skill.
Fluent in English, Proficiency in Japanese is a plus.
