National Sales Manager

Job Description :

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Assist in pursuing and implementing the promo program that has been created
• Cooperate and establish good relationships with Distributors and Outlets to develop sales
• Carry out the function of recruit Training and motivation team in the area to achieve the target
• Create sales and marketing plans based on the specified targets and budget
• Control and monitor the development of the area of responsibility
• Open new market opportunities to increase sales targets

Requirement :

• Min. education Bachelor Degree in Management, Business, Marketing.
• Min. 4-5 years experience as Area Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager, preferable in cosmetic or beauty business industry
• Understand the area as well as distributors
• Have experience in managing sales team in several areas
• Professional and neat appearance
• Willing to work at Bandengan, West Jakarta

Technical:

• Product Knowledge preferable in cosmetic or beauty product
• Market Trends Awareness
• Technical Selling Skills
• Digital Marketing and E-commerce
• Data Analysis
• Customer Relationship Management

Non Technical:

• Fluent in English, Preferably Mandarin
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Negotiation Skills
• Customer focus and networking
• Creative and Strategic thinking
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
