Network Administrator
Working Hours: Flexible arrangement.
Mainly respond flexibly according to system failures, maintenance requirements, new employee onboarding, etc. Need to respond quickly to emergency failures. Ensure the stability, security and efficient operation of the companys internal IT infrastructure (network, hardware, basic systems), provide timely and effective desktop technical support for employees, and ensure the smooth daily office work.
Job Responsibilities
1. Network Operation and Monitoring:
Monitor and maintain the stability and performance of the companys local area network and wireless network. Timely detect and solve network connection failures (disconnection, slow network speed, etc.). Manage the operation status of network devices (router, switch, basic configuration of firewall). Handle basic network access permission settings. Manage and maintain the factory computer room, conduct source - seeking investigation and tracking on threats to the companys network environment, and ensure environmental security.
2. Desktop Support:
Provide first - line desktop technical support (Windows/macOS) for employees, Solve hardware and software failures (operating system, office software Office/WPS, mail client, printer, scanner, etc.). Answer employees daily IT questions (such as software use, peripheral connection, password reset, etc.).
3. Hardware Management:
Daily maintenance, fault diagnosis and maintenance coordination of office computers, monitors, printers, telephones and other IT hardware. Hardware installation and replacement (such as memory, hard disk).
4. Basic System Maintenance:
Manage user accounts, permission distribution and password reset. Maintain the basic software (anti - virus software, common office software, etc.). Execute regular system backup checks.
Job Requirements
1. College degree or above, major in network communication technology, network engineering, information technology, computer management, etc.
2. Have more than 2 years of network administrator work experience.
3. Familiar with professional knowledge and skills: Master operating system principles, computer networks, server configuration and management, wireless network technology, switch technology and application skills; proficient in office software.
Proficient in network basics: Familiar with TCP/IP, can independently solve common network problems (disconnection, slow network speed, IP conflict, etc.).
4. Strong hands - on ability: Can perform basic installation, maintenance and simple repair of hardware such as computers and printers.
5. Quick response and communication: Can flexibly arrange time, have good communication ability to quickly respond to emergency failures and solve problems.
6. Strong sense of responsibility: Work carefully, have a sense of responsibility, and can handle problems independently.
