  • Managing trouble ticket/inquires, follow up, and provide solutions for second level support
  • Day to day manage network equipment : BTS, Radio Microwave, VSAT, Fiber Optic, CCTV, Power, etc
  • Jobdesk day to day create monitoring report
  • Monitoring network service using NOC tools, conduct preventive and corrective maintenance
  • Minimum Qualifications: Education Qualification : Bachelor Degree of Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information System Engineering
  • Must have Minimum 1 year experience in related field
  • Handle all perangkat Network (Router, Switch, AP, WLC) Bank Mandiri
  • Tools monitoring : Solarwind

  • 3 Shift 7x24
