Role Description

This is a contract Technical Support Engineer role at PT Rapid Teknologi Indonesia located in Palu. The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and delivering excellent customer support on-site.

Qualifications

  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills

  • Analytical Skills

  • Customer Support and Customer Service skills

  • Experience in IT support or related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work well under pressure

  • Knowledge of IT systems and software

  • Degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus
